terms and conditions

  • all selected work will be installed in St Denys Boat Club for the duration of the exhibition ( 27th august – 11th september)

  • artists to ensure all work is ready for hanging/installation

  • public access to the exhibition will only be within the arranged opening times (tbc)during the three weekends within this time ie 27th/28th august, 3th/4th september , 10th/11th september.

  • with regard to visitors, current coronavirus restrictions will be adhered to

  • work will be unattended during weekdays when clubs and events may be running. Artists should leave work in the space at their own discretion and take out their own artist’s insurance. The boat club and organisers of the exhibition waive all responsibility for damage, loss or theft of work.

  • any free standing work will need to be moved out of the main exhibition space by the organisers during weekdays

  • artists to deliver/collect work from venue at times to be arranged in advanced

  • artists to pay £3 per selected entry upon delivery of artwork

  • we reserve the right to use images of work selected for the purposes of advertising the exhibition and festival 2021

  • PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately there is no disabled access to the exhibition space

  • deadline for entries: EXTENDED to:  AUGUST 14th 2022
